Thanks to their latest results, MadrHacks, the ethical hacking team of the University of Udine, has reached the top of the Italian ranking on CTFtime, and 23rd place worldwide out of more than 21,600 teams: almost within the top 0.1%.

This success is the result of a team-building project started over three years ago, and of the dedication of each member, with skills ranging from vulnerability analysis to cryptography, networking and OSINT. It is also supported by our education and research in cybersecurity: the International Master Degree in AI & Cybersecurity, the cybersecurity curriculum of the Master Degree in Computer Science, and our research unit, local node of the Cybersecurity National Lab.
Because what we do for fun today will be a successful profession tomorrow.
